ANSWER:
Wa Alaykum Salam Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuh.
Alhamdulillah!
This act of yours is wrong and against the Shariah of Allah. It is not permissible to take such loans as they violate the Injunctions of Allah.
Indeed the Rasul salallahu alayhi wasallam has cursed all participants who knowingly and willfully participate in Interest-Based Transactions.
Imam Muslim recorded from Jaabir bn Abdillah radiyallahu anhuma:
لعَن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم آكل الربا وموكله، وكاتبه وشاهديه))، وقال: ((هم سواءٌ))
“The Messenger of Allah salallahu alayhi wasallam cursed the one who consumes Ribaa, the one who gives others Ribaa, the one who witnesses to its transaction and the one who recorded it”
He said: “They are all the same”
What is required of you, O beloved one, is to seek the repentance of Allah in that which you have done and seek Allah’s help in its payback.
