Alhamdulillāh, considering the processes of the registry marriage, it is totally against the Muslim Marriage as was commanded by the Rasūl – salallāhu alayhi wasallam – and must be avoided by the Muslim.

What we advise that he does is to speak persistently with his father-in-law to be with manners, wisdom and understanding.
