If by your question you are asking if it were permissible to use illustrations like this to educate in Islam, then we answer that generally it is permissible to make illustrations as long as they do not involve hand-drawing images of living things as majority of the Ulamaa have established.
But if you are asking whether there are surahs in the Qur:an that meet these descriptions, then that question is better directed at the compiler who should give an elucidation on what exactly he means by all of these descriptions.
