#377: Completion of the Jamāʿah by the One who missed some Rakaʿāt
QUESTION
” @Admin: BaarakAllaahu feek! Please, someone asked me the following question (kindly help me with it);
Asallam walykum….. I went to mosque with my junior brother which is less than five years old to perform salatul-asri. When I notice there are more than ten female that have join my jamah. When the Samar remain one rakah imam of the mosque enter and join my jaman so as soon as he join my ablution get spoil so who should continue the jamah?

ANSWER
Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullaah Wabarakātuh.
Wa feekum baarakallaah.
In this situation, Allāh knows best, the Salaat is to be completed individually by those that observed the Salaat behind you and no Imaam takes your position. And you do not need to appoint after you anybody to complete the Salāt for them knowing fully well the situation.
