ANSWER
Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullaah wabarakaatuh!
Alhamdulillaah Wa As-Salaatu Wa As-Salaamu Ala a Rasulillaah
Know O beloved one that the Ulamaa are at a consensus that the beloved Messenger – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – will be the first person to enter Jannah among the children of Ādam – alayhi as-salaam.
Imaam Ahmad recorded a Hadith in his Musnad from Amr Ibn Anas that the Rasūl – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – said:
“And I will be the first person to enter the Hannah on the Day of Ressurection; and this is not to boast.”
Then, the Ulamaa differ on whether Ādam – alayhi as-salaam – before he was sent to the earth by Allāh, was in the Jannaah that will be the abode of the believers on the Day of Qiyaamah or in another Jannah aside it.
While some of the Fuqahaa hold that the Jannah described as to have been the initial home of Ādam – alayhissalaam – is different from the Jannah of the Day of Qiyaamah, majority of the Ulamaa from among the Salaf and the Khalaf hold that it is the same Jannah.
Based on the majority position, it therefore means that the Rasūl – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – will be the first person to enter Jannah with both body and soul and have the right to enjoy everything that exists in.
We add the condition of ‘body and soul’ because there are Ahaadith in which the Rasul – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – stated that the souls of the Prophets and the Shuhadaa (martyrs) are in Jannah.
What that means is that the Rasul – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – will be the first to enter Jannah with both soul and body and have the uncensored right to enjoy the pleasures in it.
Allāhu A’alam
Bārakallāhu Fīkum
Jazākumullāhu Khayran.
