Wa alaykum Salām Warahmatullāh Wabarakātuh.

Alhamdulillāh, hire purchase is among the transactions that are permissible in Islām as long as the transaction is made plain, known, open and sincerely and the commodity is Halāl in the first place and as long as the two transactions of hire and purchase are clearly spelt out.
