QUESTION

” Assalamu alaykum Admin, I have a question, what is the Islamic Ruling on someone that spit in the Toilet?”

ANSWER

Wa alaykum Salām Warahmatullāh Wabarakātuh.

Alhamdulillāh.

There is nothing in the Sharī’a that prevents anyone from spitting in the toilet nor that makes it Harām.

And Allāh knows best.
