#540: Is saying the Adhkār for Begining the Salāt necessary when making Several Nawāfil?

QUESTION

” As salaam ‘alaykum wa rahmatullAah wabarakaatuh…Yaa ustadh, please if one is observing plenty nawaafil, after tesleem and beginning another one, does the person need to say “Subhaanaka Allaahuma wabihamdik……” or the person should just continue and then say Allaahu Akbar”

ANSWER

Wa ‘alaykum Salām Warahmatullāh Wabarakātuh.

It is important and recommended to say them again. It is the recommended deed of Salāt that carry a lot of rewards and a Servant of Allāh does not shy from rewards.
