ANSWER:
Wa Alaykum Salam Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuh.
Alhamdulillah.
As for the one who easily and often get aroused then our advice to him or her is to avoid the places and things that arouse him that he may not be tempted to cross the limits of Allah. He needs to do much of lowering his gaze, avoid places where opposite sexes meet and interrelate without regard to the confines of the Shar’iah, and ensuring what he feeds his eyes with such as movies and images. He must realize that the eyes are the mirror and gateways into the heart. Whosoever gazes at and spares some time on obscene things will end up thinking about that thing and if not fall into it, will suffer whispers to do that. These are the things that accelerate these feelings.
Then, he or she has to accelerate marriage which is the only Halal outlet for sexual feelings. Inability to do this means he has to reign in on his caprices with fasting and Salaat.
Then, seek help from Allah in Du’a and may Allah make easy your task, amin.
