ANSWER:
Wa Alaykum Salam Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuh.
Alhamdulillah. We ask Allah to illumine your womb, make easy for you your task of delivery and grant solace to you, bless your offspring and make he/her a blessing and an icon of guidance to your family and the Ummah at large, amin.
Before we respond to your question, we want to remind you to thank Allah for the bounty of pregnancy for the Ulamaa have said:
وجود الابن نعمة عظيمة * من ربنا ليس لها من قيمة
إذ ما من الطاعات الابن يعمل * لوالديه أجره قد يحصل
من غير أن ينقص أجر الابن ذا * إذ هو من كسبهما فحبذا
وهكذا أولاد الأولاد إلى * أن ينتهوا فطالعن المدخلا
“Having a child is a great Bounty; From our Lord that has no measure
Cos there is no good deed done by the Child;
Save that his both parents have its rewards
Without any reduction in the Reward of such child
Since he is of their deeds himself, so glad tidings
In like manner the progeny of offspring one down the grandsons
Until they see their abodes in (Jannah)”
So, thank Allah and ask Allah to grant you ease and help.
As for your question. If you are certain that you experience immense difficulties and or there is a possible harm upon yourself or the child, then you may break days or withhold fasting in accordance to what meet your needs and then compensate for the missed days in the future when you become capable.
