*Ruling on Whether the MMM is of the Matters that are Permissible Until there is Evidence to the Contrary*
_” Al’hamdulillaah. Does the principle of indulging in worldly affairs till we see a Hukmu against it applies to MMM too? BaarakAllaahu feek wa JazaakAllaahu khairan sir.”_
*ANSWER*
Wa fīkum Bārakallāhu.
It is, and we have explained in the Halqah on the MMM that looking at its reality, it is clear that it is of the matters that are Harām by concept, from root, on inception, by implication, on reality and by likely consequence.
No two bulls will knock their horns over this.
