” Salam alaikun warahmatulahi wabarakatu pls can a Muslim do hire purchase of maruwa is it allow in islam”

Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullaah wabarakaatuh
Alhamdulillaah!
Hire purchase is permissible on Islam as long as the two contracts are clearly spelt out. What we mean by that is that as long as the cost of hire is clearly made explicit aside the purchase over time. This is the verdict of majority of the Fuqahaa to include Shaykhi Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah – rahimahullaah.
