Can i go on with it though i ate nothing coz i felt I’ll see blood and decided not to eat anything”
ANSWER:
Wa Alaykum Salam Warahmatullah Wabarakaatuh
It should be known that the Preventative Factor (Maani’) upon whose observance the Salaat (Prayer) and Sawm (Fast) are refrained from is the actual bleeding of menstruation and not in the menstrual cramps.
It is known that women sometimes experience menstrual cramps a day or two before their menstrual flow actually begins. This cramp does not suffice to abandon neither the Salaat nor the Fast and must not be taken as anything aside a symptom that the Menstrual Flow has approached.
In the case described, what is obligatory upon her is to fast regardless, and there is no compensation for a missed day upon her after Ramadaan.
And Allah knows best.
