Ali bn Abi Taalib – radiyallaahu anhu – said:

((التقوي هي الحوف من الجليل والعمل بالتنزيل والقناعة بالقليل والإستعداد ليوم الرحيل))

“Taqwah is to fear Al-Jalil (Allah), to work practically with the revelation, to be satisfied with little and to prepare actively for the Day of Return”

Taqwah is the first prerequisite of seeking Knowledge!
