Imaam Ibn Hajar Al-‘Asqalaani – rahimahullaah – said:
It is reported from Ibn Umar radiyallaahu anhu who said The Messenger of Allah -salallaahu alayhi wasallam used to pray by saying:
“اللهم، إني أعوذبك من زوال نعمتك، وتحول عافيتك، وفجاءة نقمتك، وجميع سخطك”
Allaahumma, Inni Au’zubika min zawaali Ni’matika, Watahawwuli A’fiyatika, Wafujaa ati Naqmatika”
Meaning: “Oh Allah! I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your favor, and from the changing of good health You have given, and from the suddenness of Your punishment and from all forms of Your displeasure.”
Transmitted and recorded by Imaam Muslim in his “Sahih”#2739.
