_Imaam Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisi -rahimahullaah-_
Said:
_The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam always choose the easier of two matters whenever he was given the choice to choose between the two. In this context, ‘Aishah radiyallāhu was reported to have said:
It is reported by ‘Aishah radiyallāhu anha who said:
_”Whenever the Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam was given the choice of one of two matters, he would choose the easier of the two, as far as it was not sinful to do so, but if it was sinful to do so, he would not approach it. The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam never took revenge over anything for his own sake except when the limits of Allah were outraged in which case he would take revenge for Allah’s Sake.”_
Transmitted and recorded by Imām Al-Bukhārī in his ‘Sahih’#3560.
And Anas radiyallāhu anhu said: I served the Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam for ten good years, and He has never said to me: Uff(I.e the smallest harsh word showing unhappiness) for once nor said to me why did you do so and so so thing nor why didn’t you do so and so so thing?
In this regard, Anas radiyallāhu anhu said:

And also, in At-tawrāh, some of the attributes of the Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam was made mentioned which are;
_” Muhammad, the Messenger of Allāh, my chosen servant, He is not rude nor harsh, nor a boisterous person in markets, nor does He repel evil with evil, rather, He forgives and overlooks. “_
