_Imaam Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisi -rahimahullaah-_
Said:
In summary, below are some of the good attributes of our beloved Rasūl sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam:
*_* The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam is the most forbearing amongst people.
In this regard, Jābir Ibn ‘Abdullāh reported that some people amongst the Jews made salam to the Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam by saying:
_”Assāmu ‘alayka Ya Abā Aqqāsim!(meaning: may death overtakes you Ya Abā Aqqāsim) and the Messenger sallallāhu ‘alayhi replied to them by saying: “Wa ‘alaykum”. ‘Āisha radiyallāhu anha was angry and said: Don’t you hear what they said? He said: ” I heard what they said and retorted to them, and the curse we invoked upon them would be answered and theirs would not be answered. “_

_ The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam is the most generous person amongst the creation.
In this context, Imām Muslim(#2312) transmitted a hadith from Anas radiyallāhu anhu who said:
_”The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam was never asked for something when a person accepted Islam, except that he granted that person what he asked._”
_ The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam was very kind to all people.
In this, Anas radiyallāhu anhu reported that a woman had a partial derangement in her mind, so she said:
_”Oh the Messenger of Allah sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam, I want something from you. He said: Mother of so and so, see on which side of the road you would like (to stand and talk) so that I may do the needful for you.”_ He stood aside with her on the roadside until she got what she needed. “_
