_Imaam Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisi -rahimahullaah-_
Said:
_The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam used to wear what he has of clothes. Sometimes he wears woollen cloak. This is in accordance to a hadith reported by Anas radiyallāhu anhu which is transmitted by Imām Al-Bukhārī#5812.
And at times, he wears hibra kind of cloth. This is reported by Al-Mughīrah Ibn Shu’bah in the hadith recorded by Imām Al-Bukhārī#5799.
_The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam used to ride on she-camel.
In this regard, it is reported from Ibn ‘Umar radiyallāhu anhu who said:
_”Verily, The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam came to Mecca through its higher region on the day of Fath(conquest of Mecca) riding his she-camel on which Usāmah was riding behind”._
Transmitted and recorded by Imām Al-Bukhārīin his ‘Sahih’#2988.
_The Messenger of Allāh sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam at times do ride on she-mule.
In this context, it is reported from ‘Ali Ibn Abī radiyallāhu anhu who said:
_”The Messenger of Allah sallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam was present with a she-mule which he rode,…..”_
