DAILY POST #29
It is recorded from Musa Al-Ju’fi from Al-Hasan – rahimahullaah – that he said:
“I met with 10,000 Companions of the Prophet – salallaahu alayhi wasallam – and had they seen you, they would have said: ‘who are these people? Are they mad men?
And had you seen them, you would have said: ‘these are madmen’
And had they seen the best of you, they would have said: ‘these ones do not have any (real) need of the Aakhirah (for which they ardently strive)’
And had they seen the worst of you, they would have said: ‘these ones do not believe in the Day of Reckoning'”

The Pious Predecessors were seekers of Jannah and they gave all they could in attaining it.
Are we truly seeking the Jannah?
