COMMENTARY
The hadith shows the importance of the following:

1. It indicates that He who guides others to an act of goodness will have a similar reward to that of its doer. The acts of goodness encompass everything that is beneficial to the ummah in this world or hereafter.

2. It shows that one should hasten to guide others to an of goodness so that one can attain the reward of its doer.

3. It indicates that one should not hide what he has of beneficial knowledge. But rather, one should share it with others so that they can also benefit.

4. It also shows the status of the one who guides others to an act of goodness.

5. It encourages spreading and teaching others what will benefit them in this dunyah and hereafter.
